Rachel Calhoun

The charges come after Calhoun walked into a Regions Bank branch on Tomahawk Road in Forestdale yesterday morning and presented the manager with a note demanding $6000.00.

The note indicated that, if he complied, he would be rewarded with a sexual favor. If not she would accuse him of sexually assaulting her.

911 was called and deputies were on the scene almost immediately.

Deputies located Calhoun still in the bank. She was taken into custody for questioning and subsequently arrested.

Calhoun remains in the Jefferson County jail with bond set at $10,000.
