On Thursday, October 7, 2021, after reviewing the circumstances surrounding the August 1, 2021 death of Enrique Edward Millan, Jr., the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office found sufficient evidence to issue a warrant for reckless manslaughter against 31-year-old Lindsay Sara Bland. Bland is accused of striking and killing Millan with her vehicle, while he was in the roadway. Her bond was set at $30,000. Bland was booked into the Jefferson County Jail around 11:30 AM today and posted bond approximately an hour later.
