On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, because of numerous citizen complaints, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives along with the Sheriff’s Neighborhood Enforcement Team (SNET), executed a search warrant in the 9300 block of Miller Road. Warrior, Alabama. The search warrant resulted in arrests and seizures.
Sheriff Mark Pettway stated, “We are listening to the citizens of Jefferson County. Their complaints have not gone unheard. We are thankful for everything that they do for us.”
Suspect #1 has been identified as: James Edward Hatley, age, 58. Hatley has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $1,500,000.00 bond; Certain Person Forbidden to Possess a Weapon/Pistol with a $15,000.00 bond; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with a $10,000.00 bond; and Unlawful Possession of a Concealed Weapon with a $6,000.00 bond. Total Bond: $1,531,000.00
Suspect #2 has been identified as: Jacob Alan Collier, age, 31. Collier has been charged with Attempting to Elude a Police Officer with a $6,000.00 bond; and Loitering/Drug Purposes with a $6000.00 bond. The suspect has been released from the Jefferson County Jail.
Suspect #3 has been identified as: Kimberly Ann Drummond, age, 43. Drummond has been charged with Misdemeanor Failure to Appear with no bond.
Suspect #4 has been identified as: Tiffany Shambrea Hagler, age, 37. Hagler has been charged with Loitering/Drug Purposes with a $6,000.00 bond; and Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $6,000.00 bond. The suspect has been released from the Jefferson County Jail.
Narcotics seized: 597.7g of Methamphetamine
Weapons seized: Ruger P97 45 Cal. Handgun; Taurus TH9 9mm Handgun; and a MP 45 .45 Cal Handgun
