At approximately 11:00 PM on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies were sent to Tammera Trail Apartments to investigate a report of multiple shots fired. Deputies arrived to find that there were at least 60 shell casings on the ground in the parking lot. Most of the rounds from those casings entered a single apartment at the complex. No one was injured during the shooting.
