Just after 2:30 pm on Sunday November 6, 2016, deputies were in the area of Center Brook apartments in Center Point searching for a suspect in a robbery that had occurred earlier.
A deputy spotted a male subject who matched the description of the suspect sitting in the back seat of a car in the parking lot. He approached the male and asked for his identification.
