On Monday, June 1, 2020, at 7:50 AM, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 200 Block of 51st Street in Fairfield to investigate the report of a deceased person. Once on the scene, deputies located the body of 42-year-old, Kencasiko Bryant. Bryant had suffered a gunshot wound. The victim’s 2018, Gray Chevrolet Malibu was determined to be missing from the residence. The vehicle may be bearing tag 1DT3515. If anyone has any evidence on this incident, they are asked to call the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at 205-325-5900.
