On April 28, 2020, Jefferson County Narcotics Detectives concluded an extensive investigation by serving a search warrant in the 2300 Block of 3rd Place Northwest in CenterPoint. At this location, Detectives seized 4 bags of Methamphetamine (totaling just short of 2.5 lbs), Xanax Pills, Suboxone Strips and Marijuana. Those arrested were 35 year-old Ashlie Starnes Denny, 39 year-old Courtney Jimez White, 24 year-old Justice DeAngelo Rudolph and 30 year-old Ashley Nicole Childs. Charges include 4 Counts of Drug Trafficking, 2 Counts of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substances, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm. All four are in custody in the Jefferson County Jail.
