On Wednesday, June17, 2026, at approximately 9:06 p.m., deputies with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 100 block of Haversham Drive to investigate a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, deputies discovered an 18-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Center Point Fire & Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
The victim was identified as: Antrez Tishan Mallory, 18.
Following an investigation, detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office obtained arrest warrants on Monday, June 29, 2026, for two suspects. Both suspects were taken into custody on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
The suspects have been identified as:
- Gary Andrew Jackson, 19. Jackson has been charged with Capital Murder. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail without bond.
- Tarjuan Terrell Johnson, 18. Johnson has been charged with Capital Murder. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail without bond.
