At approximately 6:54 PM this evening, deputies responded the 400 block of 16th Court NW to investigate a report of a person down. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 36-year-old male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Center Point Fire and Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead. There have been no arrests made at this time.
