On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at approximately 8:32 p.m., Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 2600 block of 6th Street NW, Center Point, Alabama to investigate a report of a person down. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 20-year-old male victim, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Birmingham Fire & Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
The victim has been identified as: Jerry Dewayne Robinson, age, 20.
