On August 14, 2024, at approximately 6:19 a.m., deputies from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1641 1st Street NE, Center Point, AL. to investigate a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, deputies discovered an adult male victim in the front yard, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Deputies immediately began to administer CPR until Center Point Fire & Rescue arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
The victim has been identified as:
Miguel De Jesus Ramirez, 34, of Center Point Alabama.
