On Wednesday January 16, 2019 Sheriff Mark Pettway rolled back the promotions of 21 Sworn personnel and 1 civilian employee. The roll backs were done in accordance with the Personnel Board rules and regulations. Many of those affected will likely be promoted again in the future. The Sheriff’s Office will be re-aligning it’s divisions and the personnel assigned to those divisions. The first 90 days of this administration will be extremely busy and there will be additional changes. All changes are for the good of the Sheriff’s Office.
