Based on witness’s descriptions, Deputies were able to take a 17 year-old juvenile into custody as a suspect.  The juvenile admitted to stealing the car, but is insistent that he did not know the baby was inside. When he realized the baby was in the car, he tried to take the baby back. He said he panicked because there were so many police around the location from which he stole the car.
