On Friday May 31, 2019 at 9:27pm Deputies were dispatched to investigate a shooting at the apartments located at 15th Terrace N.E. Deputies arrived and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was transported to the hospital where he later died. Witnesses described the offender and the car that he was driving. Deputies were able to locate that man at a residence nearby. The offender has been identified as 47 year old Lashaun Adarryl Netherly. Netherly told detectives that the whole thing started over an argument about basketball. Netherly has been charged with Murder and has a $50.000.00 bond. The victim is identified as 53 year old Herman Williams.
