At approximately 2:40 PM today, deputies were called to the Woodside Condominiums in Center Point on reports of a deceased person. According to initial reports, it is thought a male was taking wiring from an electrical box. Unbeknownst to the subject, the lines were live, despite much of the property being vacant. The unidentified male was electrocuted. Center Point Fire and Rescue arrived on the scene and attempted life-saving measures, which were unsuccessful. The male was pronounced dead at the scene.
