Narcotics and Weapon Seizure in McCalla

On Friday, June 12, 2026, detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit, along with SNET and other specialized units, executed a search warrant at a residence in the 7000 block of Pocahontas Road in McCalla.

As a result of the operation, five individuals were arrested and charged.

Suspects and Charges:

Tommy Dewayne Findley Jr., 44

  • Felony Failure to Appear
  • Remains in the Jefferson County Jail with no bond.

Tina Marie Parks, 42

  • Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Released from the Jefferson County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Ryan Delaney Walters, 48

  • Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Firearm
  • Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Second Degree
  • Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Released from the Jefferson County Jail on a $7,000 bond.

Kimberly Ann Lozano, 40

  • Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Released from the Jefferson County Jail on a $1,000 bond.

Kevin Austin McCleery, 33

  • Felony Failure to Appear
  • Misdemeanor Failure to Appear
  • Remains in the Jefferson County Jail with no bond

Narcotics seized:

  • 41 tramadol pills
  • 10.2 grams of an unidentified substance
  • 4.2 grams of marijuana
  • 1.9 grams of methamphetamine
  • 2.7 grams of a black unidentified substance
  • Glass pipe containing burnt narcotic residue
  • One Suboxone strip
  • 5.5 grams of methamphetamine
  • Three clonazepam pills
  • Two alprazolam pills
  • One and one-half Xanax pills

Weapon Seized:

  • Glock 22 .40-caliber pistol
