Narcotics and Weapons Seizure in Graysville

On November 19, 2025, Narcotics Detectives, with assistance from Forestdale Patrol, executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Windsor Dr. NE in the Graysville community. Detectives made an arrest and seized narcotics and weapons.

The suspect has been identified as 81-year-old Marvin Pope.

Pope has been charged with Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess a Pistol, Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail with a bond of $61,000.

Narcotics seized:

  • 23.9 grams of methamphetamine

  • 0.3 grams of fentanyl

  • 26 Xanax pills

Weapons seized:

  • Winchester 12-gauge shotgun

  • Ruger .38-caliber semi-automatic handgun

  • Taurus .40-caliber semi-automatic handgun

Additional items seized:

  • Narcotics packaging material

  • One cell phone

  • Glass pipe
