Yesterday evening about 5:45 deputies responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a car near the intersection of Quebec Drive and 4th Avenue. They arrived to find a 39-year-old man suffering life-threatening injuries. He was transported to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
