Senior Missing from Forestdale Nursing Home

At approximately 4:00 PM on Monday, April 27,2020, Jefferson County Deputies received information that a female patient at the Cherry Hill Nursing Home had broken a window and left the facility. The missing patient is Margaret Whaley, a 61 year-old Alzheimer’s patient.   Ms, Whaley is 5’4” tall and weighs 120lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, jeans and a dark jacket. Ms. Whaley is also mute and unable to speak.

Star One, K-9 Deputies and search and rescue teams have all been activated in the search. If anyone comes into contact with Ms. Whaley, they are asked to contact the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
