Sheriff’s Office Searching for Missing Grayson Valley Man

Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a missing 21-year-old man from Grayson Valley.

On February 22, Jacob Michael Rentfrow was reported missing by his mother. He was last seen at his home in the 1800 block of Satterwhite Drive in the Grayson Valley area of Jefferson County at about 11:00 pm Sunday, February 19, 2017.

It was reported that he has not been to work and did not collect his paycheck on Monday. While searching for her son, his mother discovered his car in the parking lot of Cosby Lake Park in Clay late last night. The car was locked.

Deputies and volunteers will be at Cosby Lake Park this morning to conduct a search.

RENTFROWRentfrow is described as a white male 5’11” and weighing 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black tee shirt, and black sweat pants.

There is no indication of foul play. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at 205-325-1450.
