Sheriff’s Detectives are conducting a shooting investigation in the 300 block of 20th Ave NE in Center Point.
Just before 3:30 this afternoon deputies responded to a shooting complaint at Magnolia Trace Apartments in the 300 block of 20th Ave NE.
It was reported that a woman had been shot and the suspects had fled the area in a black car.
Deputies arrived to find an adult female suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was taken to an area hospital. Her condition is not known at this time.
A description of the suspect vehicle was broadcast to deputies in the area. A car matching the description was stopped at Center Point Parkway and Houston Road. All three occupants have been detained and will be questioned by detectives.
