On Sunday October 13, 2019 Jefferson County detectives began to investigate the homicide of 21 year old Benjamin Elio Gonzalez. At 6:57pm deputies were dispatched to the 1800 block of Martinique Drive in Center Point where they found a man deceased. Detectives found tangible evidence on the scene and video evidence. Detectives tracked and located 19 year old Frank Jamall Stelle. The evidence was reviewed with the District Attorneys Office and Frank Jamall Steele has been arrested and charged with capital murder. There is no bond on this case.
