Just before 5:00 pm this evening deputies responded to a man reporting that he had been shot and had driven to a gas station in the 2100 block of Old Springville Road for help. The man reported being shot at a house he was visiting at Colonial Cove.
Paramedics arrived and transported him to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
The homeowner is being questioned by Sheriff’s detectives. The investigation is ongoing and updates will be provided as they become available.
