On Wednesday February 5, 2020 at 7:09pm Jefferson County Deputies and Paramedics responded to the 1100 block of Florentine Circle in Eastern Jefferson County on a report of a two year old child not breathing. First responders treated the child on the scene and then transported him to Children’s Hospital where the child later died. The total circumstances of this death has been determined to be suspicious and Sheriff’s detectives are investigating.
